
When I first started in Network Marketing, I went to build it as most people did...calling up my warm market, and pounding the pavement building my business.
It was exhausting at times and I was putting in 20 - 30 hours per week in the first 90 days. driving all over the place, spending $100's of dollars on samples of our product, marketing collateral and travel expenses.
I needed to Get Better Dealing with People...
We had recruited a large number of people, and realized like many before us that not everyone takes the business as serious as we did....and people came and went...in some cases for every new person we had coming in....we had one clicking off autoship, and it was an endless cycle...
I needed to fix this...and figure a way outside of our business...after all its just numbers...if you bring in more than you have going out....well you should make a profit.
I knew that to create a new warm market, and build a global empire we had to build this online.
Takes Money to Make Money to become Financially Independant

I went through a number of courses...alot of it was crap, poorly done not teaching anything simple....until I found the Empower Network, and it completely changed the game.
I had always wanted to build a business and have a life...and get people to come to me, rather than me going out to the people. This is what the Empower Network did for me...it was the vehicle I could use to move my primary Network Marketing company forward.
This give me leverage to the processing side of the business....simply learning how to get the masses to me, and set up a one time sales funnel to my business to save me the head ache of doing the things...I hated doing.
I wanted to find our "Diamonds in the Rough" the people who would lock arms with us and fight the forces of evil...and take charge of their lives and break free.
If I had to go through 10,000 people to find the type of business partner I could build not only a business together, but a friendship together.
My time with my family is always a present...and I have wasted my precious time with people that lost their belief that they could accomplish the extrodinary...The Truth was I will never give up on my dreams (being with my family...and being a Ninja)
Its funny because people always say well you must have been lucky...
It wasn't luck, it was hard work, it was thinking outside of the box...getting uncomfortable at times, it was tredding new ground...because If I want success and lifestyle....not business that was another full time job of babysitting adults....I needed to learn something...
The trick was learning "Marketing"...specifically "Marketing Online"...

To Market Online Effectively
- Determine where your target market hangs out
- Determine who your target market is - Avator
- Determine what your target market likes
- Understand what your Competition is Doing and Offer something of more value
For me I was spending about $500+ per month on samples to try and grow our team by a couple of distributors...and in a good month we could sponsor about 6. This was producing on a good month about $2000 - $4500 in commissions.
For me to make this kind of money, I had to call / email/ follow up with over 150 people each month. Making about 3 - 5 calls per day. Trying to get a live person on the phone, took dialing about 15 calls per day...guess what happened to my cell phone bill.
When I decided that I need to do something different....I said what if I could just attract 10 times that many people each and everyday....how would I do it?
I re-allocated my extra product spend, and focused all the excess costs into online marketing...if I was going to spend $500 - $1000 per month the traditional way....why not allocate that online.
Think about it....how many online viewers could you get with $1000 per month...the answer is waaaayyyyyy more.
It does require some skill, and nothing is for nothing....building a list is very important, as its the asset to your business. Building a relationship with your list is absolutly necessary...because behind each one of those email addresses is a person that desires the same thing...FREEDOM.
Freedom from the Job...
Freedom from their Finances...
Freedom for their relationships...
Will everyone do something with it...NO...but your playing the numbers game...
If you have been told that everyone who comes in actually brings in someone...well you have been lied to...a good 75% of your organization will never bring in a single person...and 20% will bring in a person...
Its just like baseball batting averages, to be considered really good you have 300 batting average...meaning you strike out 70% of the time. Most people can't handle rejection of failure and quit prematurely...
The truth is we need personal growth, and to sharpen our saws....and the commonality with successful people was they never quit, and they are innovators. The reward is Freedom...
My Innovation was to tackle the problem of generating leads to me on autopilot and convert those leads into sales....so below check out the thought process behind my transition.

Variables: Average Signing COmmission $500 per Person and in both cases your spending $1000 per month on marketing....Check out the difference on the number of leads, the time spent and the amount of commissions earn...and most importantly what your earnings per hour is.

This is exactly what I did to start getting over 270 people per day watching my opportunity, and wanting to join our business.....and building a massive list of over 20,000 people in 90 days.
